BioVenton ICB 2

BioVenton ICB 2 – an industrial protective fast acting biocide with a wide range of applications and low toxicity. It is used in a wide range of water-based paints, dispersions and coatings, as well as various types of emulsions. It does not contain formaldehyde.

Scope of application

  • In aqueous interior paints;
  • In aqueous exterior paints;
  • In high-fill and high-pigment watercolors;
  • In aqueous systems based on polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylic and styrene/acrylic homopolymer or copolymer;
  • In plasters;
  • In primers;
  • In sealants.

Dosage

BioVenton ICB 2 can be added at 0.2-0.5% of the total weight of the paint.

BioVenton ICB 2 can be added at any stage of the production process.

Compatibility with other additives

BioVenton ICB 2 is compatible with most of the different additives used in watercolors.

Warning

The composition of the paint and the dosage of the additive should be determined by laboratory tests.

Packaging

BioVenton ICB 2 can be delivered in a container. Additionally, it is possible to supply in the following ways:
In 30 kg drum;
In 200 kg plastic barrel;
In 1000 kg IBC tank.

Storage and expiration date

It should be stored at temperatures between +3°C and +20°C. The expiration date is 12 months from the date of production in the original closed packaging under the specified storage conditions.

Security precautions

When applying biocide BioVenton ICB 2, it is necessary to use protective clothing, gloves, glasses and mask and comply with industrial safety rules. Direct contact with eyes and skin should be avoided during storage and use. In case of swallowing, seek medical help immediately. It should be kept away from food.
