Scope of application

  • In the production of emulsion-based watercolors;
  • In adhesive production;
  • In aqueous systems based on polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylic and styrene/acrylic copolymer and homopolymer;

Advantages

  • Compatible with most mineral fillers, pigments, anionic and non-ionic surfactants;
  • Forms emulsion in water;
  • Provides perfect wetting of surfaces without the formation of craters and other defects;
  • Increases the adhesion of the coating to the surface;
  • Storage stability is high.

Dosage

Disperol® SP 70 can be added at a rate of 0.1-2.0% of the total mass of watercolor.

Application

Disperol® SP 70 should be added after the mineral fillers and pigments have been added and dispersed into the aqueous medium.

Compatibility with other additives

Disperol® SP 70 is compatible with most of the various additives used in watercolors.

Warning

The composition of the paint and the dosage of the additive must be determined by laboratory tests.

Packaging

Additive can be supplied in bulk. Additionally, it is possible to supply in the following ways:
In 30 kg drum;
In 200 kg plastic barrel;
In 1000 kg IBC tank.

Storage and expiration date

It should be stored at temperatures between +1°С and +30°С. The expiration date is 12 months from the date of production in the original closed packaging under the specified storage conditions.

Security precautions

When applying Disperol® SP 70, it is necessary to use protective clothing, gloves, glasses and masks and comply with industrial safety rules. Direct contact with eyes and skin should be avoided during storage and use. In case of swallowing, seek medical help immediately. Should be kept away from foods.
