BioVenton F250 is a widely used biocide with fungicide and algaecide properties. It is used in aqueous systems. It is effective against fungi and molds that destroy wood and change its color. It also provides effective protection against algae.

Scope of application

  • As a film protector in watercolors;
  • In aqueous systems based on polyvinyl acetate, polyacrylic and styrene/acrylic homopolymer or copolymer;
  • In plasters;
  • In primers;
  • In sealants.
  • In protective coatings against fungi and mold for wood.

Dosage

BioVenton F250 can be added at a rate of 0.1-2% depending on the application site.

BioVenton F250 is recommended to be added in the final stages of product manufacturing.

Compatibility with other additives

BioVenton F250 is compatible with most of the different additives used in watercolors and wood preservatives.

Warning

Biocide dosage should be determined by laboratory tests. BioVenton-F250 is not recommended for use in indoor products.

Packaging

BioVenton F250 can be supplied in bulk. Additionally, it is possible to supply in the following ways:
In 50 kg drum;
In 200 kg plastic barrel;
In 1000 kg IBC tank.

Storage and expiration date

It should be stored at temperatures between 0°C and +30°C. Expiration date is 12 months from the date of production in the original
sealed packaging under specified storage conditions.

Security precautions

When applying biocide BioVenton F250, it is necessary to use protective clothing, gloves, glasses and masks and comply with industrial safety rules. Direct contact with eyes and skin should be avoided during storage and use. In case of swallowing, seek medical immediately. It should be kept away from food.
