BioVenton-500

BioVenton-500 is an effective disinfectant for the sanitation of industrial equipment and piping systems. It is applied in sanitation of industrial systems, to clean fungi, mold, bacteria and spores, as well as to prevent contamination. It is used successfully in the paint and varnish industry, water cooling systems, water purification systems, pulp and paper industry, and oil industry.

Scope of application

  • In watercolors and varnishes;
  • In water cooling and water purification systems;
  • In oils and cooling fluids;
  • In pulp and paper production;

Dosage

The recommended product dosage for preventive regular washes is 0.02% of the total wash volume. The recommended dosage to remove bacteriological contamination is 0.2% of the total wash volume.

Application

BioVenton 500 should be used by diluting with water to a working concentration of 0.02% or 0.2%.

Warning

After washing the system with BioVenton-500 sanitizer, the system should be thoroughly washed to remove product residue.

Packaging

BioVenton 500 can be supplied in bulk. Additionally, it is possible to supply in the following ways:
In 35 kg drum;
In 250 kg plastic barrel;
1200 kg IBC in tank.

Storage and expiration date

BioVenton 500 should be stored in its original closed packaging in a dark, cool, dry, well-ventilated environment between -5 and 30°C. Storage in direct sunlight should be avoided. The expiration date is 12 months from the date of production in the original closed packaging under the specified storage conditions.

Security precautions

When applying the sanitizing agent BioVenton 500, it is necessary to use protective clothing, gloves, glasses and masks and comply with industrial safety rules. Direct contact with eyes and skin should be avoided during storage and use. In case of swallowing, seek medical help immediately. Should be kept away from foods.
